Good I guess

Love the game, but have a little problem.. I have been playing on this acc so long but I wanted to get a new acc cause I didn’t start good. I tried to get a fresh start by searching for a reset or idk button.. and I tried to download and undownload, but I just couldn’t get out of my acc! Love this game but please fix it :/
