My SoftBank

At the beginning when it says wifi off I get a message saying there’s an error. Can’t get past this screen and into my account.

I had to take screenshots of the app and translate into English with another app if there was the ability to change language settings to english on the app directly i would raise to 4 stars i would consider raising it higher if the had PayPal as an option to pay for my bills or link my bank directly to schedule payment for my bills without going to SoftBank or a convenient store. The language barrier by far is what keeps the score low.

For crying out loud it’s beyond time to have various languages along with Nihongo. If you’re going to have foreign customers there’s no point in giving people a reason to complain about lack of professional service. Could use some help to contact loved ones when I’m far away.

Core customer app from a major Japanese national cell carrier is Japanese language only. And this is the one that most people consider to be the most "modern". What is this, 1995? Nope: unfortunately it's par for the course in Japan. English speakers: be aware that you don't have to agree to their data usage policy. At the time of this writing the things you "miss out" on in doing so are, - Special plan recommendations based on your usage (there aren't really any options anyway) - Some kind of unauthorized access monitoring - Special product / service offers None of these things are actually useful. Keep your data to yourself instead.

This App walks you through the creation of a My Softbank" account on launch, allowing you to access your billing information another account settings. Make sure your wife is turned off (it uses the network to authenticate the phone). It lets you see your bill, data usage, PayPay stuff, and announcements / junk mail from Softbank. It is Japanese Only, as it states under the "language" section of the app. It is very disappointing that SoftBank can't spend a day or two to write a Japanese version, but they aren't trying to trick you. The app is available on the US App Store because many people have AppleIDs from all over the globe, yet need to manage their phone plan.

I’m guessing it’s an app to monitor you phone plan. But it’s all in Japanese and as far as I can tell there is no language option.

前月の料金が見れなくて困ってます

ミニフィットプランでギガ数が少ないから6月末に7月分のプランを変えようと思っていたのに、アプリのシステムエラーが多すぎてずっと変更することが出来なくて、7月もミニフィットを使用しなければならなくなった。3ギガじゃ足りないから1ギガずつ課金しないといけないから変更しようと思っていたのに7月もこのプランなので大損した

副回線のワイモバイルの番号が登録出来ません。でもメール等で何度も登録しろ登録しろと来ますが出来ません。
