Peut mieux faire
L´offre de produits est plutôt bonne mais les descriptifs sont inutiles. Très souvent les détails des articles sont confus. Impossible de connaitre la taille d´un objet, la nature des matériaux… C´est dommage, à ce niveau My-store ne fait pas mieux que les plateformes asiatiques qu´on connait

Ich Versuch seit mehr als 1 Monat Kunden Dienst zu erreichen ! Am Telefon kein Antwort so auch auf Mail ! Ich finde es sehr unprofessional ! Wenn etwas nicht stimmt keine Chance mehr zurück zu geben!
Very annoying flaws
The app only accepts Swiss credit cards, which is annoying, and the translations in Italian and English make no sense, when available
