My Sunrise

I bought the eSim prepaid service from them, which was cancelled 48 hours later and I had to buy another service from another company because I couldn't do without internet. I asked for a refund as I would no longer be using their service and they simply refused to refund the money. If you want to use an eSim in Switzerland, buy from Holafly. Much better and easier to use.

The new redesign is terrible, slow with fake shadow borders and text getting cut off. Worst of all is the icon, I use the app once a month but now have an icon that looks like it was designed in 2012 on my homescreen constantly.

Immer noch keine Unterstützung für Dunkles App Icon Design + Darkmode in App… ist echt traurig das Sunrise solange braucht für dass updatee!!!!! Und Darkmode in der App auch nicht verfügbar!! bitte spätestens bis ende jahr oder ich lösche der App!!

Kompliziert, unübersichtlich, unlogisch. Wichtige Hinweise unauffindbar. Themen verschwinden , wenn abgehakt. Hinweise erscheinen manchmal und sind dan wieder unauffindbar. Nervig, unlogisch, unbrauchbar.

Die App ist eine reine Katastrofe. Hängt, Funktionen gehen nicht, Sim Aktivierung ohne Erfolg. So nützt die App nix.
