I was extremely disappointed with the service. They claim that by using their BeFree package, you get free internet access for social media platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp, but none of it actually works. To make things worse, they wasted my time by keeping me on hold for 40 minutes without resolving my issue or offering any real help. This company clearly doesn’t value its customers’ time or deliver on its promises.
