My app when logging in just pops up a CAPTCHA screen with nothing that I can do. When I close out, it just keeps spinning like it is trying to login in but never does. The layout of the app when I was able to login was cumbersome and not easy to navigate to document notices, making a payment, etc. Needs a great deal of improvement ASAP.
Can not get loan access on the app. Captcha authentication refuses to work properly so the app is USELESS!
This app tries to validate your login with Captcha but it doesn’t even render properly in the app so you can’t get past it. So frustrating when all you want to do is simply pay your mortgage bill.
Made payment since the first of the month today is the 9th money still in my account. Tried to connect with assistant it’s just another nightmare.
After I enter my password and username, a pop up arises saying “protected by captcha”…. With no captcha. I’ve deleted, redownloaded, checked for an update. It’s been 2 months now.
This is the worst app I ever seen yet….
Super hard to log in and use the captcha. Just a bad all around app imo
This is by far the worst app ever to exist. Every single time you log in you need to verify and wait for a code. Then when you go to a different page and you try to go back screen goes white and have to force close app open again and verify again, just to freeze again. Not only that but I had a mortgage increase 4 months ago and now I got a message that my mortgage will increase again! But can’t find the reason for the increase and when I try to search for answers the app freezes again! I’m hoping they transfer my mortgage to another company.
Don’t waste the space on your phone by downloading this app and make sure you have a unlimited calling plan because you will be making all your mortgage payments by phone. You will never be able to access your account via this app because you will never make it past the login screen
I never leave reviews but because the app is the worst app ever designed I will never use UWM again I plan on refinancing with another company in the near future stay away
