My Verisure

Verisure app is really annoying as it stops working.

We often have issues with this app, unable to set and unset our alarm silently via the app - which was one of the reasons we chose to use Verisure, come on Verisure please sort out

The Verisure App is really easy to use, I set the alarm for the night on my phone it’s simple & so convenient

Everything great. . The only problem is I can’t change the language and I can’t enlarge photos taken by your cameras on my iPhone with manual finger screen control. But all good otherwise

Does exactly what you want and need it to.

Constantly locks up whilst loading, only way to access to then restart my phone. Happens all the time, same on my wife’s phone. Any updates never improve the stability of the app

Can’t arm or disarm the alarm, get a status, or do pretty much nothing in this app, just getting errors. For a £50+ monthly subscription, I’d expect functional app. This also doesn’t fill me with confidence that the alarm would work when needed. Been Verisure customer for the last 6 years, but the service is constantly declining, it’s probably time to switch to a different security company

The UI doesn’t few remotely native to iOS and the UX is just horrendous. This app needs a complete overhaul. With all the money they charge, they should be able to afford decent app developers.
