It's your digital notebook with interactive mental health sessions and tools to record various aspects that impact your overall well being - be it journaling, practicing gratitude, emotional analysis, developing better habits, tracking your diet and physical activity or setting reminders for your tasks.
We use the power of cognitive-behavioral-therapy (CBT) in our interactive videos to help you understand and develop better thoughts and habits along the way. Through our guided interactive video sessions, you can record your thoughts and behaviors on the go.
