Pervec komandave qe nuk funksionon, programi nuk punon pa internet(ndrrkohe qe eshte e vetmja menyre per te pare ofertat, kreditin e mbetur apo informim mbi produktet). Tani që po bëhet dhe shorteu i fundvitit shpesh programi nuk hapet fare, ose edhe kur hapet nuk i mbledh pikët.personalisht për mua ka ngecur te 1000 pikë, dhe nuk merr më pikë të tjera

Where to start… - You have to restart the app multiple times sometimes to get the correct/full options and info to show up - Foreign debit/credit cards aren’t working to pay off your bill - Albanian debit/credit cards are only working if you save the card on your profile. It won’t let you pay if you uncheck the “save card” option. Horrible for safety/privacy - If you switch to a different app then switch back, it will refresh. Every. Single. Time. And take you to the home page. The cherry on top is that it takes so long to refresh - if you have their Next packages it says 2x internet on roaming packages. Not always the case…. - Customer service is horrible. They will waste a bunch of your time on nonsensical “solutions” like the standard “have you updated the app?” and not resolve anything. Awful company and an even worse latest version of the app. Do these apps not get bug tested before rolling out?
You can’t DEACTIVATE the options/offers, only activate them. You have to call the customer care, which let’s you hold in line and this causes more waste of your time. Devs needs to do more testing before they release new updates.
It seems difficult to open My Account. I tried many times
However, it does not work without Wi-Fi connection.
