MY VS - Vijaysales

Vijay sales online is a fraud. They said my order would be delivered in one day. After i placed the order they changed it to expected delivery in 1 day and sent it 6 days later. When i got the item it was spoilt and now they are not even ready to help and want me to run around. Vijays sales is a fraud. Be alert and do not buy anything from them.

Facing issue while emailing the Invoice. Since long time this is not working.

Actually I purchase the iPhone 13 on 26 October that time site show me order will deliver on 27 October so I trust the Vijay sales and purchase the phone quickly but next day order not delivered so I called the customer and ask them about why order delay they said product is not available on the store and all Maharashtra store so we take from Gujarat warehouse. It is not acceptable for all customers, they should mention it on the site while purchasing the product. If they mentioned order will deliver after 7,8 days then I not purchased it.because of one day delivery I purchased it.Finally product received after 7 days.

Unable to download invoice for last two days but there is nothing happened Every time i tried there is something new error occurred

Vijay sales service is not good. I purchase a Amsrtrd led 55 inch. My led not working last 2 months. I have logged complains many time but not get resolution yet. Vijay sales staff not helpfully

It would be better if they didn’t make app and focus on customer support and service

I'm extremely disappointed with the this app. The experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Not only can I not download any invoices for my orders, but the entire app's functionality is a letdown. It's astounding how a supposedly functional app can fail at such a basic task. Customer service is equally disappointing, as they seem oblivious to the issues. Navigating the app is like walking through a maze of glitches and errors. A poor experience overall, leaving me regretting every interaction with it. Save yourself the headache and avoid this app at all costs.
