My Wash Membership

The app works but for me at least it’s not always obvious how to do things. For example, it took me a while to figure out I needed to scan the barcode on the vacuum to activate it. It’s not perfect, but it does what I want and I’m happy. I am only rating the app and not the car wash because it seems that different car washes use this app. My local car wash gives me 30 washes a month on one vehicle so I’m perfectly happy with that. I can’t say how the car wash you’re using with this app is because I can’t rate that.

Quite concerned as I just purchased the monthly Works pass, received a link in a text message, followed the link to download an App, opened the App and entered my phone number. Upon entering my number, I saw two things of BIG concern, and to my knowledge never agreed to, or signed any terms and conditions. First, unbeknownst to me, I was auto-enrolled in a $35 a month wash subscription. This is alarming as I hadn’t authorized this subscription, nor do I approve of any company doing this without providing adequate information. The prompt at the carwash, nor App eluded to this. I had to dive into the App interface to see it. Second, more alarming is that my credit card information was clearly stored and auto-populated into this App. Without approval. Again, I did NOT consent to your company storing my information or transferring it from the payment pad to this App. I question what security measures are in place, since there wasn’t information provided up front or terms to agree to. Very alarming! Never did I expect to download an app to find I was automatically enrolled in a subscription, and that my credit card information had automatically populated from a transaction. Possible litigation.

You pay a monthly subscription and it only lets you wash a single car. Would be 5 stars cause the app works fine but the limitation is stupid and greedy since you are already capped at 10 washes a month.

Whenever I try to login it continues to give me an error message.

Been using the wash membership for 3 months and love it. Saves so much money and I’m able to go to multiple locations in Asheville

I’ve been using this app for about nine or 10 months, and everything was just fine until a couple of weeks ago. When I open the app, it takes me to the login page instead of it automatically being logged in and when I enter my credentials, it says “oops invalid user name or password”. I’ve reset my password many times, I’ve had the guys at the car wash look at my account, and the only way I can use the car wash is if they look me up and enter the digital code into the machine. My account apparently is still active but the app does not work. I will be canceling it because it seems extremely inconvenient. for me and the cars behind me if I have to wait for someone to come out to enter a code for me.

Doesn’t work at all.

Just signed up at my local car wash kiosk. Went to download app and after I sign in, it tells me my car wash is somewhere a couple thousand miles away, my account is suspended, and won’t allow me to change the location of my local car wash. I went to the support tab, and it lists a fake 555 phone number for support. The kicker is that the only thing right in the app is my credit card information. This app needs to be ditched and redone by a professional.
