My Water Advisor 2.0

Ive put in my account # and name and email, when I try to create a password and repeat it, there is no button for “next” and the app won’t register. Useless!!!

My water provider chose this app for the customers. It rarely works, often showing only monthly usage. I haven’t been able to access daily or hourly for quite some time. Don’t waste your time installing this app!!

Doesn’t work

I just became aware of this app and it really helps me understand my water usage! I would love the ability to export my historical data. Also, I hope the developers provide Home Assistant support. This is the perfect fit for that platform.

This app rarely works. When it does work the numbers are all over the place. I am not sure why a town would pay to offer this app as a “perk” to its citizens. I’d be embarrassed to be the one who selected it

Worked great for about a month then it crashed. Stopped updating data. Please fix this. It’s very helpful when it works. I would love to see it fixed. iPhone XS.

Doesn’t work, can’t even register

This app doesn’t show much. Unable to find/get specific dates information. Can’t compare to past years usage. I was able in the past to go the My Water Advisor website, but it never loads. What happened to the availability of getting the information users need and want. Not very useful at all.

I had all my correct account info and the app said it couldn’t find anything

Always shows “No Data Available”
