App works well. If your a customer and have an account it’s so simple login and you’ll see the service address. Miss a pickup or need extra pickup, it’s just a tap of a button. Can see billing and next pickup dates. Worth the download to manage your account and services.

Don’t download this app all they want is your money

All I want to do is see the garbage day/recycling day schedule. I don’t know why it’s asking for a customer ID or service address. Terrible design for an app.

Stupid app wants me to make an account and give my billing info I only downloaded to just see the schedules 🙄 sooo stupid not worth it if you’re like me and just wanted to see the schedule

They pick up the trash when they want to never on a schedule that’s why I pay my bill late

This app is obviously written to help the company. It has nothing to do with customer service. For instance, what’s the number one reason you call your trash company? You didn’t pick up my trash! Nowhere in this app can you do this?

This app is absolutely horrible. You should be embarrassed to be putting such a garbage tool out to your customers.

Whats the point of having auto pay if I have to log in to pay more often than it works?

It’s keep saying invalid to my email when signing up

The app provides no way to communicate with customer service. Beyond that, the company gets low marks for being generally unhelpful and not customer focused.
