App and all critical functions immediately stopped functioning with no notice only 3 months after we paid $10,000 USD for equipment and an unlimited App use fee. The error message on the My2N disabled app and site simply state License expired. There is no logical way to remedy or pay extra money to fix or get license to become updated and gain App functionality. We contacted the local My2N contractor and My2N tech support. The local contractor recording states it will take 3 days or more to try to respond. The local Contracted installer had many problems with installation. There are many other problems. Major disappointment!

I’m in the process of deploying a 2N IP FORCE and INDOOR VIEW for my organization. I just found out the app only works if your devices can access 2N’s cloud service. Which is probably fine for very small networks and operations, but in an enterprise level that’s not acceptable and isn’t worth the security risk. My company was looking forward to utilizing this app but I now have to break the news to them that I can’t add devices by private IP, and we aren’t giving internet access to the IP Force intercom.

Every time there is a problem their answer is pay for more services. The app hasn’t worked with this phone, but it does with other phones in bldg. The supposed “help is very unclear explanations, missing info and not clear steps. Maybe ESL causes some of these issues, but logic could be greatly improved for a better user interface.

The app is very hit or miss + adding a subscription fee adds insult to injury. Don’t have any choice to buy the subscription since it’s already installed in my house, but would opt for a different system if I was doing it again.

The app for this intercom does not ring through to my Apple Watch when someone is at my door. I have my phone on silent all the time (like most people do) and my Apple Watch vibrates when I receive phone calls or texts or other app notifications. But this app does not interact with my Apple Watch, so I constantly miss calls from deliveries and other people at my door - which makes this intercom solution useless. This is a huge miss in the design on the app. Wish we knew this before we bought the intercom system - would have found another option.

I rely on my Apple watch for notifications and alerts when I’m away from my phone. This app is very disappointing that it completely bypasses the watch. If I’m not with my phone, I receive NO indication that a visitor/delivery as at our door on my watch. At a minimum I’d expect a live notification or alert, but ideally the ability to answer the call from the phone.

• Only allows one device per account: if you are not holding your phone, you can’t answer your door. You can’t even share the app with your iPad (why do they offer an iPad app if that’s the case?) • Notifications don’t come through. Every delivery person we’ve had so far has had to call us and wait for us to go downstairs and let them in. • Can’t check the video feed from the base unit. Fails repeatedly to connect to the device.
