Absolutely awful. Can never see my data balance . Can’t get into anything on app
In desperate need of an update, won’t even allow me to log in even though my account is fully registered, seriously frustrating.
Stay away worse online support and app I’ve ever seen In my life
If I could score them -5 I would. I’m stuck with a contract that I tried to cancel within the 14 days they stated on the cancellation they convinced me try a different product when that wasn’t working as expected they refused to cancel a week in and tried to charge me a cancellation fee of over €700 which is the same as paying for a service per month that doesn’t work. That’s was for my cellphone I was very happy on prepaid. As for their broadband, the WiFi signal is the worst, I’m literally using a different service while I wait for the contract to end. I work from home at times and need a stable connection. And for only 2 devices there’s constant buffering and network connection gone which is not ideal. I would not recommend at all, was on prepaid and was very happy now on contract and I hardly ever have signal and can’t cancel because I’m not about to pay for a terrible service. Same address same phone. Do better three.
When I want to do top up balance for roaming, app automatic took for normal monthly top up, there is no option to turn off automatic monthly top up and to pay normal for roaming. And every little time I need to log in in app. Too stressful
System would not accept my password on numerous occasions Layout of website very difficult to navigate Customer care was so busy I was told to phone back in 15 minutes. phone attendant very vague and sounded very confused. All the signs of a badly organised business
This app is truly something awful. You get signed out all the time at random. Then when you do sign in most of the pages won’t actually load until you force close the app again and reopen it. Pages are slow and it’s basically a really bad reskinning of the my3 webpage. Awful effort 3. We deserve better. Updating my review after the rubbish reply from 3: Yes remember my details is on. Doesn’t stop the app logging you out every 5’ or the incredibly slow frustrating interface or the fact you have to force close the app and reopen to even get it to load at times. Test your apps. It’s absolute garbage.
Truly awful in every way. Every single search bar sends you in the wrong direction mainly towards a product that you can buy with three. Completely pointless dead ends. Incredibly slow constantly. And most redirects take you off the app anyways which should be a welcome relief except it brings you mostly to their even worse designed web page.
Very bad quality app Can’t update details or see my bills
This is such a joke of an app. Why am i logged out every single time i click into the app, then forced to register or reset my password. It is seriously the worst app ever, not user friendly at all.
