MyAIS app does not top up
I tried to top up via this app an was charged 400 baht for the top up but I did not receive it. I thereafter tried 30 an I received that amount. I checked my account an had sufficient money an so I tried to purchase 400 again as I am currently in Australia. The same thing happened. I called the call centre who could not help me an sent me a link to a third party top up app , which is not what I am looking for. This is really frustrating that this app an the company cannot help😡😡👎
