Useless App
After upgrading to version 1.1.39, the app cannot be used at all. All the policies disappeared! Is there any testing done before releasing to the users?

After upgrading to version 1.1.39, the app cannot be used at all. All the policies disappeared! Is there any testing done before releasing to the users?
Allianz products are competitive in the market but the app is quite bad. I tried to browse the app and view my documents or policy but the app keeps loading forever and end up crashing. It’s quite bad user experience. I think please consider to invest and upgrade your app. AIA app is quite good and I know they’re investing a lot in their digital capabilities. Perhaps you can consider this in your company roadmap. Nowadays customers are more digital savvy so they might opt for insurers with better apps because insurance products nowadays more or less is the same.
The worst app i ever had, keep on failing my submission. The apps is telling me i don have a policies where it shows my record??? How long it takes to fix it???
it shows me as a NONE POLICY HOLDER for weeks now while my policy expires in 2025 !! what the heck is going on ????
This app keep crashing, it’s useless and the organization is redundant making it especially difficult to make claims. Is this intentional from Allianz ? Claims keep crashing unable to submit, but other things seems to be fine.
Useless app! Cant claim! Loading time unresponsive! Please delete this useless app! To whoever incharge this app build, you not good enough for this job!

What’s the point if I can’t even register?? Millions of fund, this is the best you can give?
I have no complains, consider very grateful now as my previous insurance company still using web based despite of they claimed they are the most advanced in the market.
