Too many missteps on the part of staff. Misinformation on getting to the ship. Halloween decorations stored in our clothes closet. Had to call to get the boxes removed. There was a big storage box under my bed. I couldn’t put my suitcase there. Another call to have it removed. Asked for help to move the bed and plug in my Res Med sleep machine. It was done but I never turned on the machine to test it. I turned it on when I went to bed. It didn’t work. Got a different adapter this morning and it now works. I didn’t sleep a wink last night. I hope this is the last of these curve balls.

AMA Prague visit and Danube cruise has been 5 star so far. Great food, drink, and land excursions are interesting and fun. The tour guides are very informative with a good sense of humor. View from the boat is sensational. It has been a blast and I hope it continues.

Wonderful vessel with a delightful and attentive crew!

We loved the relaxed atmosphere of the ship. We enjoyed the company of many of the other guests that we became familiar with at meal and on excursions in the many cities and villages we visited in four countries. The lounge was beautiful and comfortable with a fantastic view of the river and surrounding areas. It was perfect for visiting, enjoying entertainment and dancing. The many destinations we visited were complimented by the cooking staff who made an assortment of their ethnic foods. All the meals on the ship were 5 Star. All of the staff were very competent, kind and personable. We enjoyed coming back to our room all cleaned and replenished with everything we needed twice a day. Our Cruise Director Ricardo Rossini was fun and excellent at making sure we received the best experiences our cruise provided. He was involved in the excursions and activities. He was interested in how we enjoyed ourselves in the excursions and activities, and how our experiences might be improved.

You need a host/hostess to seat people at specific tables . . one set of tables that are for people who want to meet new people and another set of tables for people who already have their dining group established!

This is amazing vacation. Staff is simply top drawer, activities have been enjoyable and the ship is a 1st class floating hotel

So many convenient and informative features! This app has made traveling so much easier to stay organized and prepared.
