The app works just fine on a phone but why not with full screen on a iPad ?

The app was really nice when it worked, but it stopped working for me. I can’t get past the loading screen anymore.

Downloaded the app on my iPad Air 2, can’t get past the loading screen. When I press to type in my username and passwords, the keyboard shows up only half on the screen.

Some recommendation describtions spoil the whole story though.

It is a pretty good app. It lacks customization, so it may look a little boring. I also would’ve liked if it had a schedule for airing anime. Now you still have to open the website to see it.

Nice app for managing your anime list, but it would be nice if there would be an option to manage your manga list as well.

This app is amazing the only thing that they should do is adding health bars.

Useless without mangalist

As someone who only uses MAL for manga, a manga version of the app would be greatly appreciated. Right now it only shows anime. It would be perfect if the app only showed manga. Currently its useless to me.

Honestly, I liked iMAL more when it was still working. Both for the countdown for new episodes, the dark mode, and the easy access to your manga list especially. It does have a better ‘social media’ side to it, and it’s nice that you can select what kind of news appears on your homepage. So two stars instead of one for that. Overall, disappointed but hopeful that they will improve it in the future
