Can’t use app
We can’t use this app for a long time ago. So why still keeping on here?
APP Crash
ပထမဆုံး စစချင်း APP ကို Install လုပ်ခါစပဲ သုံးလို့ ရပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒီနောက်ပိုင်း APP ထဲ ပြန်ဝင်ရင် ဝင်လို့ မရပါ။ iPhone 6 မှာရော၊ iPhone X မှာပါ အဲ့လို ဖြစ်နေပါတယ်။ APP Version မြှင့်မယ်ဆိုရင်လည်း မြန်မြန်မြှင့်ပါ။ အခုလောလောဆယ်မှာ APPက သုံးလို့ လုံးဝအဆင်မပြေပါ။ အင်တာနက်လိုင်းကတော့ (For MNnet Plus User) တစ်လမှာ (၂)ခါလောက် လိုင်းကျပြီး (၁)ခါတော့ No Connection ဖြစ်တတ်ပါတယ်။ CS ကို ဖုန်းဆက်ပြီး Complaint တင်ရင် (၄၈)နာရီအတွင်း ပြင်ပေးပါတယ်။ အဲ့ဒါထက်တော့ စောပြီး လိုင်းမပြင်ပေးကြပါ။
No Connection. Useless app
frequently internet connection cannot work. App can’t use for ios. When app open, it only show fill password page. But never requested password for this app. It can’t forward and no button include for this page. No reply. Customer Service is so disappointed.

Very Bad Line & Service
If you are using Myanmar net, I would like to advise you not to use it based on my experience.The service is very bad. The line is not good.
Bad connection and worst customer service
My connection was out of Oder several time in a month. Whenever it happened, I have tried to contact by any possible means (via web chat/ Facebook messenger/ telephone call). But no response by chat/ messenger and heard ONLY advertisements long time by means of telephone calls. If you get paid, you have to provide better connection and customer service.
It is very bad to treat your customer
Currently, Myanmar Net's Internet is completely bad. In 24 hours, you can only get 20 hours of internet. That is every day. I'm not the only one upset. Every customer is upset. The staff is not well treated. Myanmar Net F ** k
