I am able to find any doctor i need with couple of clicks. I am able to find my medications from E pharmacy easily, and have it delivered very fast with follow ups after wards. This app is easy to use and made my life easier.

Not at all good service still waiting for the item and for the medical items. Need to make sure the delivery timing needs to follow. Trying to call them no one responding

Very bad service , my order should be delivered on 25 may and now is 4 june and I didn’t receive anything

Its asking for emirate id for new born child to book an appointment

I ordered bioderma shower gel and they delivered cleansing gel and saying can’t return money as cash . They do voucher it’s seems who wants it ? I needed my money back . Really it’s scam to make customer forcefully take items from them . Never ever ordered from aster app

Despite uploading my documents to sync records… nothing. What an utter waste of time. Please stop promoting this ridiculous app on your various platforms and call centre messages

I placed my 3 small items order since yesterday and it was mentioned to be delivered yesterday MAY 27, 2024. It is already 28 and the status is still processing!! I cant even access the call option in the help center. What a useless app and company

Service is very slow. They say 90 mins but it’s actually gonna take 4 hours or more!. I dont think they are taking the orders seriously as i have read same complaints from other users. Order was placed 4:30 pm and til now at 7:30 did not arrived, they said wait for another 1 hour. This is so unprofessional. Ive never seen this kind of service in any delivery app and company here in UAE.

They promise 90mins delivery but took 5hours to deliver my medicine, kept calling and everytime they promised it will be delivered in next 30mins. Will never order from them again.
