In the end it works, but what an annoying user experience. Download another app? Why do i need to give you all my details including my foreign home address to pay €2 to park? Why can’t i pay with apple or google pay? Why do i need to go through a ‘top up’ instead of just paying? Why can’t i type freely, when the automatic map doesn’t pick up the right street name? Or enter a number for the parking zone? Why are the final checkout screens only in Greek? It would have been so much faster to get a paper ticket.

I’ve tried several cards and I always get an error message. A couple of years ago the app was working fine so it has to do with one of the latest releases.

It doesn’t always work especially after the release of the latest update. Which means that you have to go find a paper parking pass and on a Saturday in some areas it’s impossible. No option to communicate via the app and no Twitter account either.

I currently have the app installed and I get the following bugs in the English version. 1. I cannot extend the 3h ticket duration. Need to create a new one. 2. Cannot add a second car while a previous ticket is already active. 3. Wanted the ability to select day ticket. Unfortunately, my colleague was able with the Greek version (Greek App Store) to renew his ticket duration.

Well today I used the app and because of it being faulty in determining my actual parking location and i have a fine to pay as well now… Useless app

Doesn’t accept my card

Δούλευε μια χαρα.. αλλα τωρα δεν με αφήνει να προσθέσω χρήματα, επομενως και να χρησιμοποιήσω την εφαρμογη.. πριν χαλάσει βοηθούσε πάρα πολύ, γιατι ξυστά δεν έχουν τα περισσότερα περίπτερα

I tap next button in the map but nothing happens

Δεν μπορώ να βάλω διεύθυνση ούτε με ενεργοποιημένη τοποθεσία ούτε χειροκίνητα. Ενώ στο προφίλ μου αν βάλω τη διεύθυνση μου με ο χάρτης κανονικά λειτουργεί. Πρακτικά έτσι η εφαρμογή είναι άχρηστη. Φτιάξτε το
