Že več kot eno leto aplikacija deluje le če imaš veliko srečo v glavnem pa javlja same napake. Prodajalec želi, da mu pošiljamo prinscreen napak ampak v več kot letu niso uredili ničesar.

Navigation is working excellent. Car diagnostic is also working ok. Only problem is with remote lock/unlock of the car. Usually after the update this function is not working. I use this function a lot and it’s not a good feeling when I am in doubt will the car unlock. This function needs to be more reliable.

Compared to other companies (i.e. Mercedes, Volvo) it offers fairly little data. Other apps offer info on average speed, highest speed, consumption, times that the car was used, kilometers done in a day, etc. They offer graphics and comparisons. Whereas Audi offers only the location, overall kilometers, and the current amount of fuel. Audi should expand on the data available and with this enhance user experience.

Good app, but afer update, i constantly get wrong password, even though i can login on computer, am i doing something wrong?

After update I cannot use it. There is an error with car language.

Great system when it actually works, but extremely unreliable. Most of the time it is either very slow to retrieve data or it doesn’t connect to the car / can’t retrieve information from the car manually. Remote control functions do not work due to the same reason. Problems regularly occur when the phone maintains a strong connection to the internet and when the car is parked in an open space where it actually managed to work fine in the past (sometimes). The new error I keep getting now within the app is labelled as a connection issue ( E:CV.PA.5 (220719215216) ), yet nothing differs from the usage of the app or the car from months ago when it used to work at least more than half of the time, which was even then far from reliable, as well. I tried resetting my phone’s internet settings, I reinstalled the app and signed in again, I signed in through the internet browser on my computer, I checked on multiple parking locations; but nothing fixes the issue of not refreshing data. The data retrieves automatically every few days at different times in the background as the app shows, but it can’t be manually refreshed as the data shown is visibly outdated. On the infotainment system in the car it is still stated that I am logged as the main user and that the remote control is enabled. The whole interface is nicely done and the app itself is useful when it works, but I don’t remember the last time it managed to help me or put my mind at ease due to the glitches. If you ever had chance to test Tesla, then this app is something, Audi should be ashamed for. Constant server connection errors. Errors like: E:CV.PA.5 (220310055104). Like it helps me to understand what those numbers are. And only some basic functions are available in the app like turning on AC. Every setting needs to be confirmed and it takes over 30 second to do so. Tesla is instant… There are many usefull things missing like: Setting of: - max charging speed and memory for it, so that car remembers that at home he can not take whole 11kw. - automatic warm up car every week day. Now I have to make setting manually every 2 days like in my Q7 from 14 years ago. - open windows, open roof, automatic ventilating if temperature goes above 40, etc those functions are not available at all. Shame… By the way, after 7 days of using my new Q4, I am still guest driver in the car, even if App knows I am main driver, because connection with the car is failing all the time. 19 years I am druving Audi’s but now I am seriously considering to go to Tesla, because of lack of functions.
