The Audi service centre is Verna , Goa Is a sure recommend to friends and family , All their staff is co-operative and friendly. In my opinion , they understand the car well and solve issues perfectly , Right from Danish their service head who will give good attention to each customer, N always makes sure each car has been serviced well before it leave the workshop. Janam who always finds ways to co-ordinate with insurance companies n resolve issues, Easterline who makes sure u get ur car serviced before due time , N the list goes on , Sorry won’t be able to name each one personally but my wishes and regards to all. Thank you Audi Goa

1. No detailed service /repairs history: Reason not understood 2. No fault alarm and history 3. Very slow 4. Detailed infor engine , transmission etc. is required to understand the service requirements Kindly add on above feature so as it become slightly usefull

App is so slow. It takes decades to purchase smn from the app. Total disappointment just like their cars

Very nice app I get up to date of my Audi car from this app even though if I don’t carry my phone or iPad it’s very good n helpful.

Superb

This app does not have notifications for the car. When the Engine has started or stopped, there's no way for you to get a notification. What is the use of the app if we can't be alerted by getting a notification. Also, the car location cannot be opened on Google maps. That's such a basic option again. Forget about advanced features which it anyway doesn't have, please get the basics right atleast. Even Skoda connect has these options. 😐

Why you deleted to track car and standby notifications. How we to check our car movement.We do not need your reward points of no use. Why you are focusing on break down and service. We need the feature back of tracking location of our car any day any time. You have cheated by selling us Audi connect. Check app of Hyundai for reference.

Very good app.

I was very impressed with the high level of professionalism Ms. Reshma has exhibited. It even pleasing to know that she is only 2 months old in this process ( as a service advisor). This shows the quality resources and training Audi provides which is so very evident in Reshma’s work. My experience was simply ‘perfect’. .
