- Track your usage
- Diagnose, lodge, and track any faults you may be experiencing
- Track outages and maintenance that may affect you
- Update your plan, add bolt-ons, and even add new services to your account like mobiles and Fetch
- Make a payment on your account
- Set up a payment plan for your account
We’re always keen to improve in every aspect of our business, so if you have anything else you think would be good to include on the app, feel free to let us know.

Perfect! Everyone should use abb instead of others

Fault reporting is a nightmare

App experience leaves a lot to be desired. Fault reporting is a pain. Both AB and service providers do nothing but finger point rather than take ownership of any problems. Have tried to change my plan, AB tells me to contact Fetch, Fetch tells me to contact AB. Will be exploring other options such as starlink given the continued poor performance, lack of responsibility or willingness to help. I do not recommend this company at all.

I downloaded the app and tried to open it. It just stuck on the green screen. It is not responding!!!! Hope that this can be fixed soon.

Awful experience overall

Very disappointed overall with the service received and the slow speeds provided by the modem. Have had a series of disappointing issues relating to modems and speeds as well as service provided by Aussie Broadband. Have received faulty modems that had to be sent back. Was not sent the postage paid. Had rude service on the phone. Paid out for faster internet only to be told that unless I connected via LAN it wouldn’t work at that speed and would never achieve those results. Luckily I was compensated but the staff member was rude. Isn’t it interesting how they can be rude to customers and yet when a customer has a bad time because the internet cuts out during an important online meeting suddenly they try to smugly lecture the customer on how everyone has things going on and to treat people with respect and kindness and yet most of the staff at Aussie Broadband that I’ve had the misfortune of having to speak to have been so smarmy arrogant and rude - they try to speak down to the customer and they don’t even bother keeping notes so that the customer can show the chain of events and provide evidence. Ridiculous company and I don’t think CHOICE even bothers to properly research either because they would see that a lot of customers are very unhappy with Aussie Broadband. I will be changing providers soon and I hope anyone considering going with Aussie Broadband really takes into consideration how frustrating they are as a provider. Good luck is all I can say because you are going to need it.

Keeps logging me out

You assigned me a very random username so I have to keep looking it up rather than using my email or something I can remember. Then your app keeps logging me out every few days. Very amateur app user experience. If I could give zero stars I would after being logged out twice in one day

I can’t even open the app on my phone for some reason. It keeps loading for hours with no response. I even reinstalled it few times.

App keeps logging out.

Urgh the amount of times I have to log in with my username and password, despite it asking for a 4-digit app login is so frustrating. Please fix this.
