The app is alright. But my problem with it has been clicking on “Chat with an Agent”. It never responds.
Unable to download statement
I have been trying to download my statement for over a month now to no avail. Keeps telling me to check my internet even when it is fine. Please work on this.
Incredibly slow, doesn’t load
As an app developer myself I must say; this is one of the slowest applications ever!!! The load times are ridiculously long for a 2021 app and sometimes at the end of all that waiting, nothing actually gets loaded!!! Please optimise your servers and load balancers on your cloud infrastructure. Your app is barely usable 😪
Awesome app!
The UI has to be one of the best I’ve seen the insurance industry in Nigeria. The app is all encompassing!
