I really love your layout and how fast the payment process is I recommend it to anyone in need of a dollar card

I can’t withdraw my money from the app. Tried resetting and changing for a new pin but I can’t cause it keeps asking me for a string pin even when there is no valid way for a string pin. Wth is even a string pin? Gets me angry all the time

I created and account with them, did all I needed to do , I was verified to level 2 , funded my account and tried creating a virtual dollar card, then I was told the selfie I uploaded wasn’t clear enough that I should change it, how is that possible when the app doesn’t even have an option for that . I had to withdraw out my money and they still removed charges twice , very anyhow app

Too many outrageous charges Poor customer care I told them I didn’t want to use their app anymore to transfer my money back to me so I can close the account they refused I ended up just deleting the account with my money in it And your dollar card address is their address instead of yours when I tried using it to pay for Spotify or Apple service it was declined cuz it was a different country on the card

This app is a total waste of time. They’re big scammers! Do NOT use this app

To create virtual dollar card na problem, everything is just stressful asf for no reason

How can you generate your own details for another person all because it’s a dollar card and when I kept complaining and asking for help, you kept me for days without response. Do you guys actually care about the people using the app?
