Terrible vehicles / poorly maintained by the company

Out of the four vehicles I took today. 2 had no seatbelts in the backseat and one had no AC that was functional

Poor Map

Drivers consistently go the wrong way to our current pick up location because the Bluebird map directs them the wrong way.

Unsafe

Locks you out from ordering rides if you cancel, even if the driver isn’t coming to you! What a joke and how unsafe

Love it but …

The marketing notifications can’t be turned off! I should be in control of what notifications I get to see without needing to turn them off in the iPhone settings (which then I can’t see when the driver is near!). I will delete app soon. So distracting all day notifications!!!!! EDIT: finally deleted my account AND lowered my score. THERE IS NO WAY to turn off marketing notification!!!! They do this on purpose!!! My phone alerts me to notifications “Promos” all day and I can’t even read them or turn them off. If I turn them off in the iPhone app setting then I can’t get notification from the driver. ALL DAY MARKETING PROMOTIONS!!! It’s insane!!! I love Bluebird but REFUSE to be annoyed like this everyday. BYE!!!!!

Seriously flawed

The app keep assigning taxis so far away. Even though I can see taxis unassigned nearby.

Forget it at jkt soekarno hatta international terminal

I tried using this app from the international terminal and the driver never showed up despite looking for me for more than an hour at various other locations. I also asked at the counter and they gave me directions that didn’t seem to make any sense. What a waste of time I ended up taking a risky no-name taxi.
