I tried to pay for my GrabFood order using the BSN app, but the payment couldn’t be processed despite having sufficient funds in my account. When I tried to double-check my balance through the app, it wouldn’t open, showing a ‘connection difficulties’ error. I’m using a stable 5G connection, and even after switching to Wi-Fi, the same issue occurred. This is extremely inconvenient, especially during urgent situations. Please fix the connectivity issues and improve the app’s reliability!
