Don’t see any benefits to the users. No options to find who is providing better services in my area. No option to see service providers signal foot print. No option to place complaints. Looks like it’s intended only for the benefit of telecom companies.

It should help the users to raise the concern also. to the respective operator and their resolution should be handled through this app with TRAI being aware of the communication. If this is not going to happen .? then whats the use to the citizens

Carrier is showing as TATA instead of Airtel. This is a very good initiative but looks like it’s being dumped after launch. This has the potential to fix the customer problem and also show the actual ground report of Telcos network. If TRAI works on this app then they don’t have to wait for Telcos Network Report or to conduct the network audits.

Below options also needed - poor voice quality on voice call(unable to distinguish words). - not providing VoLTE even though provider claims(HD audio )

It’s is not showing call history or display pop up rate calls. Also the display is not optimised which lets the text unreadable & the background colour were off too.

This is not prompting for any feedback on my phone.

I’m looking for this type of app to provide data of my signal and call quality.to TRAI. I hope after providing data, signal strength will be better in my area.

Seems the application wants to pick only Tata as carrier though I am airtel subscriber all throughout...no way we can correct the carrier data in the app or specify it while applying
