Need to up their game
I’m pretty disappointed in this app/company. I purchased a SIM card in Norway to use while traveling through Europe- I was told that I’ll be able to use it/top up any place along my journey. While in Italy couldn’t add any more gigs of data on the app so I called customer service to try and pay over the phone which they don’t do. They told me I can only buy more data in person in Norway and basically I’m SOL. My fiancé got a SIM card through Telia and had issues buying more data on their app as well, however when he called their customer service they gave him over 10 gigs of data for free for the issue. If you’re planning on only being in Norway this would work for you, but if you’re traveling through Europe either make sure you will have enough data before you leave or go through Telia. Also, it doesn’t work in all countries I had no service in Switzerland and my fiancé did.
