Mycall App

I’m pretty disappointed in this app/company. I purchased a SIM card in Norway to use while traveling through Europe- I was told that I’ll be able to use it/top up any place along my journey. While in Italy couldn’t add any more gigs of data on the app so I called customer service to try and pay over the phone which they don’t do. They told me I can only buy more data in person in Norway and basically I’m SOL. My fiancé got a SIM card through Telia and had issues buying more data on their app as well, however when he called their customer service they gave him over 10 gigs of data for free for the issue. If you’re planning on only being in Norway this would work for you, but if you’re traveling through Europe either make sure you will have enough data before you leave or go through Telia. Also, it doesn’t work in all countries I had no service in Switzerland and my fiancé did.

App works really slow with some errors.. Nothing to compare with old one “Mix It” app..

Yesterday there were more than 160 GB that should have been transferred to this month. In addition to the fact that they charged 30 GB instead of 100 GB this month, they rounded up the balance to 30 GB.

When you run out of credit, the Mycall app won’t allow you to use the internet to buy more credit. If you choose MyCall, be prepared to get stranded with no data. Really frustrating when you’re trying to get a train ticket home, use maps, etc… what a stupid design flaw

When I opened the app for the first time I saw “enter your number”, then I clicked “send one time password” but it’s doesn’t work. If I chose “sign in with the password” it says that I’m not registered! couldn’t just sign in! The website is also not understandable. How am I suppose to sign in?

You can’t refresh your data usage.

App doesn’t work and shuts down itself! When you make a customer service call from abroad it costs fortune because their base is not in EU! Crap service!

Because I noticed the validity of the datapacage does not match the data logged in to the website, mycall my page! Through the mobile phone app, I have noticed many times that the datapacage has expired, and in fact it is not! And so I have topped up my datapacage account many times ahead of time. I don't trust this app now!

Reiser til Kiel i Tyskland på jobb og kan ikke bruke mobilen der. Hadde byttet operatør hvis det ikke hadde vært at jeg må ringe endel til Storbritannia🥺
