I used this app to check a car I was interested in purchasing, and their report falsely indicated that the car was under finance. Concerned, I paid another company for a verification check, which confirmed there was no finance pending on the car. This experience was extremely disappointing. A wrong report like this can significantly impact your buying decision and cause unnecessary stress. I cannot recommend this app. It provided inaccurate information and turned out to be a waste of money.

Amazing the amount of information given on a car. Especially liked the valuation over a period of years (and it doesn’t always go down!)

Just downloaded the new app using my old subscription information, and all of my previous searches appeared - impressive. Problem is, how do I remove the searches I am no longer interested in?

When trying to sign in to the app it’s supposed to send you an email with a code. I never get it. Signing into the website works fine, so at the minute it’s just an app I can’t use.

Use to love using this app and now just shows a fake screen to go on the website. Really loved this app but now you have to use the website and it’s like a primary school kid has designed it. Why is this app even on the AppStore when it says use the website. DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS CRAP APP! Avoid at all cost.

Useless App that was once good

Was an excellent app before but now it’s absolutely useless. The app takes you to a website where you have to log in, the search history is gone. What was once a great app is now pathetic. The old case of, if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it applies here.

This app was good until they decided to stop it from working whilst they work on a new app. Now my purchased hpi checks are no longer available on the app. Not impressed.
