I’ve used this app 3 times with no problems to transfer my cards to my Apple wallet but now it won’t let me. I don’t know if it’s a bug or what but I hope it fixes its self because this app is the only way I have access to some of my gift cards

I received a card via the mail that requires activation. This app does not help with that! The app and the QR code are broken

I added it to my wallet and was able to make an online purchase. Was fast and easy. Very satisfied with it!

The lack of instruction and support makes me feel like I’ll never be able to use MY money.

The app opens to essentially blank page and tells you to go to the website to click “Add to Wallet” except there is no such option on the website. On the website you can select from a very limited number of retailers and merchants to use the card. Requesting a plastic card gets “Oops! We can’t process your request! Try again later.” Trying again later doesn’t work. Calling the numbers on the website puts you into a maze of numeric selections, NONE of which answer your question. Trying to add a card direct to Apple Wallet doesn’t work. Supposedly, you have to add to this app first and then you can transfer to Apple Wallet but you can’t add your card to the app. Just get a plastic card first. If you are a corporation looking to use this company’s services to reward employees this will make you look cheap and your employees will resent you for using this company.

The app literally just opens and says if you have a prepaid card go to your wallet and click add to Wallet. And then it says if you don’t have any gift cards shop for them here. There is literally only one button or link on the app anywhere on the screen and it leads you to a webpage to buy gift cards from them. That is literally just a URL link to their website. Literally!

Cant add to apple wallet anymore. It just opens the App Store but I already have the app downloaded.

Not sure if it’s an app problem or where the issue is but I can’t get the card added from the website to this app, so I have no way to get it into Apple wallet which effectively means I have no way to use the money. I’ve been working on this off and on for a week now. This system is broken. Honestly just keep the $30

Card gets declined online and in person. Phone support will not let you talk to a real person. Fails when I use it from my apple wallet and when I manually type in the card info. What a scam

Card never works anywhere when we got a virtual card from Xfinity as part of a promotion. All places I go always decline the card, no matter how large or small the transaction is. Very disappointing.
