Update 7/1/2024 There’s still a need to scroll down to todays date. It opens in June 1st 2024. Please please fix this ASAP! New update. 6/28/2024 So the update is almost like the old one but we still need to scroll down to look at current date. Can’t even just touch the date on calendar and have it open that date. Scrolling down the dates takes time away from getting ready for next client when scheduling future appointments. I hate that I have to now scroll down to look at my today appointments. The old way of looking at the.l calendar was way better I’m with the review that’s posted right before mine. Please correct this!! I’ve been using the app for many years and talk very highly about it to fellow stylist. Please change it back or give us options to change it back to how it was. Sincerely, Loyal Client!

The most recent update, 2 days ago, will not show me my monthly view, which I prefer. My scrolling list on the home page starts a month previous and I have to scroll to get to the current date. Is there a fix to show my month has my default?
I’ve used this app for quite a many years. Jeremy always is there to help when I have questions or issues, I’m not the most tech savvy. I love being able to make this app uniquely my own (color themes, timing, prices…etc.) my clients love the confirm feature and I still love having my own personal touch booking my clients.

I have used this app for years and not only do I use it for my hair salon but for all my other scheduling. I do have to pay the yearly fee but this is so worth it to me. If I have any issues I get help in a timely manner.
Ive been using this app for a few years now . It has been working very good except a couple months ago it has started erasing appointments out of my schedule. I don’t know what glitch is going on. But it’s been messing up my schedule and I’m double booking people. It’s been such a mess! I’ve sent two emails and haven’t heard back on how to troubleshoot this . Very disappointed about this!
I’ve owned this app for over 10 years and I used to love it. Paid $15 back then. Now you want to make it a subscription. Ive tried contacting support by email 2 times and have never had a response. You have frozen my account and I can’t access any of my information. I have slowly closed down most of my clients but still wanted ( retired Zulu’s to husbands Illness) to keep track of the few I still see. I’m so disappointed. Would be nice after all these years if someone would get back to me.
This is a great app. But it’s a little bit glitchy. I reported a problem several times it doesn’t seem to correct. When I go to complete a client to check out. It does not record it until I move to a different page and then come back. I don’t have time to keep switching pages to see that my data has been input correctly. Please fix this glitch!
