MyChoize-Self Drive Car Rental

I had a frustrating experience with the mychoiz team. They ask for a cancellation fees for modifying a rental date for early pickup. They ask for a day charge which is totally absurd for getting a car early. On top of it, they don't even provide car images before booking. Also car condition is poor and not maintained. Having scratches and dents all over the car. Among all the above issues, customer support is extremely annoying and not helpful at all. They don't want to help the customer and just annoy. I would not recommend anyone to book a rental from MyChoize. They charged me unnecessarily and did not even help in getting the car. Worst service ever.

Firstly they had me waiting for 4 hours to get the car i booked and found out that car is in worst condition. Then after talking and scolding to customer care, got another car, which was accidental and had lot of crash mark on the car and they are charging 26K + taxes for that. And apart for it, they charged Rs 1000/- for washing the car when i returned it where when i went to take the car, the guy who owns the shop was washing by hand and even internally after that car was in worst condition

I booked 3 day trip this week and as per their email format they confirmed my booking. They asked for documents like license and any address proof like voter id or aadhar card. I uploaded all documents on the same day. The day before my trip around 11 pm I got message saying that your document was not approved. I asked the reason and they said we don’t have any reason but if you have any Mumbai local I’d proof that would be helpful. I clearly said I don’t have any Mumbai I’d proof and they were ready to cancel the ticket with deduction of one day rental and GST. I was so shocked. Finally I provided my passport copy and they said we will review and will you inform soon. I waited till 9:00 am and then called them to confirm about my booking. Tried multiple time to call them and finally they answered that we will get back to you soon. I didn’t receive any email or message saying that my booking is confirmed. I received one message with delivery details and which was again mistakenly messaged to me including someone’s booking details. After returning car they don’t send any confirmation email and no invoice same day. I called them and asked about invoice details. They promised to send within 12 hours. Almost one day spent still I don’t have any invoice details. I had very bad experience with my choice. I would recommend MYLES instead of my choice. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed by their service.

Booked on travel for 22 Jun. MyChoize told 2 days before travel that the car I wanted was not available. The alternative they arranged came an hour late and completely dirty. On returning, there’s no OTP system - there’s no way to know if we are returning the car to the right person. To top it all, they returned my deposit after cutting almost a third of it without any explanation. The customer line IVR doesnt work so 10 days after my travel I am still awaiting an explanation on why they deducted my deposit. AVOID!!

I books the car xuv 300 and before the time reached Recieved a call from the uadipur vendorthe car is break down and i send u the baleno And its not value for money car and not updated on the application even and i dont know how to change the booking from 300-120 and no one is there to help
