What is the point of having an app if you’re not even able to do anything on it? You’re not able to make any type of appointment on there, as soon as you click sick visit, explain what you want, it takes you back and says you have to call. You cannot schedule anything on here. What’s the point of having an easy accessible app if all you can do on it is open it and that’s all.
They are the best hospital for children that are facing severe conditions and needs for medical treatment I would recommend them to anyone in the world thanks for everything you guys are doing for our 3 year old son you are thee best 👍🏽
Frustrating app. I can’t pay my bill or see any of my son’s information. Have called twice but it’s still not fixed.
Everytime I bring my Daughter to either an appointment or ER it is always a pleasant and fast and efficient experience.

CHOP does an awesome job utilizing MyChart and incorporating it into their operations.
In May my child had to be transferred from a local hospital to CHOP in Phila because of a very bad infection he had. He spent five days in the hospital. While there, I switched all of his doctors to being CHOP doctors because of his need for different specialties. Prior to being with CHOP, he was with Drs from 2 different practices, plus his pediatrician. Switched because it made more sense to have the same organization/practice for all. Most importantly, ALL of the CHOP doctors, as well as the staff at the hospital and in the offices, are awesome. They take such great care of you & are so caring. They promptly reply when you call with any problems, even after hours and on the weekends or holidays. They notify you immediately when test results are in. Usually the same day or the next day. it is super easy to use the app. everything is very nicely laid out and easy to find what you need. I highly recommend CHOP and the app.
Every staff and doctor are amazing! I highly recommend for your kiddos!
