Hi there. Please bring back the card scanning feature where people were able to check how many points they have on the app instead of walking out of their neighbourhood to go to a myciti station to go check their card balance. Or even adding a feature where people are able to check their card balance by adding their card number on the app. It would also be of convenience if you guys urgently add card uploading feature so your customers can upload theirs cards on the app instead of adding it a myciti station. Please guys, time are moving, technology is progressing and changing everyday. The least the company can do is provide convenience to its customers.

Journey planner does not work- when I try to adjust the time it reverts back to real time. No functionality to check balance on card.

In this new age we use our phones for everything Would be nice if we were able to load points via the app and also be able to upload our Myciti cards onto the wallet app and utilise nfc tapping to get into stations and buses other than having to use a physical card the entire time , move on with the times please

Being able to check your card balance and top up are must haves for a bus app. In it’s current state it offers no advantages to using the website or google maps…

This app was last updated 3 years ago for iOS. It’s 2023 and this app is just a shame. Give iOS users the ability to check their balance on mobile and pay electronically. Allow us to add mycity to Apple Pay

App hasn’t been updated in 3 years. Wallet integration would be great.

Please make the MyCiTi travelling cards available on iOs. Would make this much more convenient

The app has stopped working and I can’t view when my next bus is coming

The idea behind the app is amazing but the problem the app crashes when I try to schedule a trip on my iPhone 8. Maybe this Is a bug because my network is working just fine. If I could resolve this the app would be perfect
