Defunct and replaced
Hi this app has been totally blank for two entire days, displaying white spaces with no words or backgrounds. Is the app defunct and replaced by another app?

Lafayette, Ind. –July 15, 2018--CityBus is rolling out MyRide, a new GPS-based bus location system. Using MyRide, riders can access transit schedules and real-time GPS-based bus location information, track their bus on a map, and receive transit news and route-specific alerts.
When the MyRide app is downloaded on a rider’s phone, geolocation determines the closest bus stops to their location. And with one screen-tap, riders can view estimated departure times for the next buses and routes servicing these stops.
By selecting a favorite location or route, or entering a starting point and destination, riders can get real-time GPS-based information for all possible bus options. A trip planner can also make future transit plans. Riders can track the location, estimated departure time and passenger load of the selected bus on an interactive map powered by Google.
From their customer account, riders can subscribe to receive text, email or push-notifications containing bus departure information, including one-time or recurring notifications for specific routes, days and times. Another feature identifies detoured routes and temporary stops.
CityBus can also post news stories about weather, detours, or community events, publish route-specific or general news, or add pictures or video content.
Riders without data plans can get real-time information as well by texting a designated phone number. After inputting their stop number, the system will automatically return estimated departure times for the next buses.

Not working?
This app is great! I love it to death its perfect for public transport. But for some reason when I open the app now it is just blank. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, and it still doesn’t work … \_{-.-_/ please fix it if you can? It’s such a handy public transport app and I rely on and a lot of people do too.
Terrible app that doesn’t work half the time
Title says it all, it’s super slow, the interface is incredibly ugly and the complete opposite of user friendly, and it’s so inaccurate
Trush
An absolutely programming disaster. Never be appropriate and without any develop logic. I’ll never touch it if don’t need to catch on school bus.
The Tracking System Error
The tracking system hasn’t been working recently. Please fix this I really need it to get to school & work on time 😭
CityBus app is rarely useful
This app is terrible. It only ever loads up half the time. If you are lucky enough for it to open it rarely ever shows the routes. If you are lucky enough for the routes to show they are never accurate.
Stupid idiot app
Literally 70% of the time the expected arrival time of the bus is completely wrong. This has costed me so much time of my life that I can not get back. You are better off trying to catch a ride from Santa
Late/missing bus
Buses are often very late. Even with real time tracking, the buses will often disappear from the map and never show up. Specifically the 5 is pretty aweful in terms of tracking.
Straight up trash
Schedule and maps are both wrong. Impossible to find what you need on a map. Always laggy and crashes
Why doesn’t someone fix the schedules?!
This app is great in concept but terrible in execution. The bus drivers themselves will tell you- the schedules *and even the routes!* it shows are not at all accurate. The one useful feature is being able to see where the bus actually is in more or less real time. I really don’t understand why someone doesn’t just fix the programmed schedules to match the actual ones. My advice- get the brochures with the actual schedules for the routes you want to use and just use the app for the location piece…
