I have tried multiple times to make video consultation appointments on MyCLNQ platform. The appointment will just disappear. I have not been able to video-call a doctor even once on this platform. And I already paid for the consultation via Klook booking. Shame on Klook!

Can’t even register as new user

Bryan was helpful and took us through the process. This is my 2nd time using their service and I find it so efficient and convenient. I highly recommend this App for their service.

Booked them for a supervised ART. Instructions were clear. Call were on time. Results were quick too. The staff, BRYAN, who attended to us was very professional and attentive too(we are a family of 4).

Book appointment at 7.30pm, has been waiting since and nobody has contacted me at all. Tried calling the hotline multiple times but nobody pick up. Already made payment and appointment is confirmed but has not received any updates since.

Tried to book Tele-art multiple times and nobody responded and confirmed my request at all. Tried messaging and doesn’t work too.

Easy to find clinics when I’m not feeling well.

Very convenient app, instead of queueing your at clinic, you get to wait for your queue at home and when it’s about your turn then we can go down to the destination. Will recommend it!
