I’ve been trying to add my vehicle registration for MONTHS and it is literally only 2 small fields of data! Plate # and verification code!

Loses track of authentication easily. I still haven’t figured out how to update my driver license with my new one. I dread having to use this app.

Why can’t you just use Face ID to log me in? Every time I try to use this app (maybe once a month) I have to dig out the password.

Good for short people

I just found out after going online about the app and chatting with the Live person, that apparently during updating over the years you’ve lost everyone’s information, and that’s why my username and password wasn’t working.Nor was it sending me a link to recover it or a text message. And finally at the end of a very long live chat, the help guy says ‘oh well we may have lost all your information so just go ahead and re-sign up.’ Which I did and that worked, but why didn’t he just tell me that at the beginning. You should also put that on your website on the app front page, if people are having trouble signing in and can’t seem to recover their username or password they might just have to re-sign up from the beginning. And the online chat app wasn’t working very well either.

Can’t add my license to my account, keeps saying it can’t communicatie with DMV right now. Been trying for over a week now and reinstalled the app too.
