The night shift Doctor performed an evaluation and diagnosis of my lungs(coughing, breathing), triggered by my on going asthma. Doctor made a procedure to administer medication into my body to treat my lungs and breathing. Nurse performed blood draw and tests performed right away to determine any signs, issues that would be checked. By 0500 I was breathing and feeling better just like the doctor said, the team MD Susan Watson and her nurses. Thank you!

I have tried to schedule some of the “outdated” procedures within the app, and have been taken to localities miles, even states away. It won’t let me even schedule with locations I’ve been at before. Also, although my “care team” has reached out to me regarding visit and test results, I cannot respond to them, I cannot send a message to them, nor even find my current providers at all in the system. Even having completed some of these tests, the app is still saying I’m overdue for them, I had to hide the notification. It is not convenient to log into, navigate, or communicate with my medical providers.

Every time I try to read a report it closes down it does it every time so I am unable to read anything without interruption. I have requested how to print from notes or visits. No one responded. It’s not a good portal Lynn

I am currently using CommonSpirit App and I find easy to use and friendly to everyone. I schedule my appointments, request refills and receive alerts. This is super helpful!

I would like more recommendations from my provider regarding test results and future treatments.

I cannot stand Common Spirit. Right now their app will not let me contact my doctor but they’re asking me to do a review. Last October, Common Spirit bought out and took over our hospital in Lakewood (St Anthony’s) & my doctor’s office for seniors in Lakewood, CO (Senior Health First at St Anthony’s). They will not negotiate in good faith with my medical company - Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield for retired federal employees. They are trying to raise Coloradan’s rates for health care by times the inflation rate even thought they made 35% profit from Colorado hospitals. So my husband and I will lose my doctor (Dr Erika Altneu) we’ve had for 5 years and love. I’m sure lots of other federal and retired federal employees will be losing their doctors too since many of us worked at the Fed Center and still live nearby.

This is the best app. Quality and ease are the best and this is very helpful for me and future visits to my doctors. I really recommend getting this app and use it best I have ever seen. I would give this a very high rating 5+ stars or more.

I received notice that I had a balance due. I contacted my Primary (Dr Pittman)to inquire for what service and why being charged for something I didn’t request or authorize. The answer from my Primary (nurse) was “call billing “ with that Primary dropped the issue. I said to Primary “all I want is to know what service. “Call billing”. Medicare approved the charges however I believe TriCare for life may or may not rejected the service as not allowed. At this point I still do not know what service was provided. Apparently Medicare did not pass a charge on to Medicare but applied the charge to my deductible. Again I have no clue. The charge is small $16.24. But I deserve to know what service for which I am being charged. My wife and I have tried to get an answer from Billing but to no avail. So after being “hounded” often, twice daily, by text and mail I just paid the charge just to stop continuing, notice of account charges. At this juncture their is no longer any expectation of this issue being resolved. A sad state of affairs.

The app is a waste of time for scheduling. Just call.

You send too many messages and now I ignore them. Limit the messages or let me choose what to see, I only want comm with drs. I can log in for everything else.
