Je suis super contente de mon apli ! Et également de ma conseillère qui es vraiment top elle a pris de son temps pour m’expliquer l’apli comme il faut ! Merci beaucoup !!

Présentation claire, facile d’utilisation, gestion des remboursements rapides, notifications par SMS pratique pour ne rien oublier!

Plus besoin d'envoyer les factures, le scan avec l'IPhone fonctionne bien (quoique l’on a pas la possibilité d’appuyer sur un bouton pour déclencher le Scan au bon moment, l’automatisme ne fonctionne pas toujours si le ticket de caisse est long ou l’encre un peu faible). La consultation des décomptes, les messages ainsi que toutes les données , formulaires etc.. sont très utiles.

Pourtant les aveugles paient les mêmes primes et en plus ils sont plus vulnérables.

It seems more designed to help CSS than customers. I upload documents and no one checks them for days (or even weeks). A tool to send invoices. All in all, I wish it was more helpful. Got denial of benefits by snail mail with no info here.

Sehr schlechtes update, verschlimmbesserung trifft es genau, wieso was ändern wenn es gut war?! Schlechte übersicht, schlechtere performance, schlechtere optik…

A nice insurance company and useful app. The only thing I don’t like is that there is no an easy way to see all your benefits that CSS contributes to. You have to go category by category to find out “CSS does not make a contribution”. It would by much easier and useful for the user to have the summary/list of all the benefits CSS contributes to. Also, would be nice to add the info box that says “this type of insurance covers this”. It is a pity this feature is missing.

When I want to send a bill the app takes about 10/15 to load my family’s member and the same happens one I send the invoice. Should I give up and not send them? Please fix this because we are paying a lot of money for health insurance. Thanks

Warum dreht sich der Bildschirm beim iPad trotz Sperrung? das ist sehr lästig!

Wieso muss die App ALLE Vornamen anzeigen? Angenehmer wäre, man könnte selbst einen „Kommunikationsnamen“ wählen, und die rechtlich-relevanten Vornamen blieben im Hintergrund.
