Having trouble
In the last two days I have been unable to process my customers orders, I’m very frustrated. When I go on the App, I immediately receive a message saying Recent changes aren’t compatible with Mary Kay’s Server, We will use the online information for this order. I click Ok but I still can’t process a order. It just keeps thinking.
Love this App!!!!
This is the best app for virtual sales tickets and keeping notes on customers and using tags to manage customers. Love that I can always access from my phone on the go of what a customer ordered and when she ordered it from the virtual customer records. No more paper filling. And I can print out a customer sales report monthly with a few clicks since I do all orders on this system now.
My consultant number deleted
My consultant number was deleted and it sends me the wrong order. I’ve been trying for months to get on. Is this app still working?
Was working great
I recently updated the app about a week ago. It was working perfectly until then. It continues to close for no reason. It does this right in the middle of an order. Besides that I love this app. It where I put every ones orders in and keep up with what they have used. I can easily keep track of notes, colors they’ve tried and see their wish list when they add products.
New version is frustrating
Ever since the app updated I am having trouble keeping it open. I keep having to login with my password every time I answer a text or phone call. It’s very annoying
Inventory not updating correctly
Inventory is not updating correctly and it’s throwing me off. Can this be fixed? Or who do I need to report it?
Inventory Tracking problems
So, I deleted the app and then re-loaded it from the cloud. I was pleased that all of my customer information was still there. I guess that’s because it syncs from intouch. But, the reason why I wanted to delete it in the first place is because I was showing negative amounts in my inventory and I couldn’t change it to zero without having to add in the positive amount. To me that doesn’t show an accurate count. I wanted an accurate count of my inventory, so I decided to do my annual hand count and then put it in the myCustomers app. It’s great how you can scan your barcodes, but what about adding the inventory on your shelf, I thought. So when I reloaded it I scanned one of my shipments and it added it seamlessly. Then I went to add the other things in my inventory. I had a problem right away finding some of the products. I could not add my individual inventory items of the clear proof set, for example. So, being frustrated I didn’t continue. Mary Kay IT Dept., PLEASE fix the problems so we can use the app. It would be great if it was programmed properly and would help save SO MUCH time. Thanks.
App doesn’t work on Apple iPhone
I have loved this app & it was a game changer. However since the recent update on iPhone it crashes every 5 minutes which is very disappointing since it used to save so much time. Please fix the app so it will function like it used to when it first came out😞
All data disappeared
I have been happy with this app until now. I have lost all data from it. I have no customers, no inventory, no orders. Is there a fix?
Where did my customers all go? Please fix this issue. The app is useless without them.
I have been using this app since it launched, but the latest update has essentially lost its sync with Intouch, and consequently lost all of my customers. The only customers showing are those who have ordered since the update. This app is useless unless I can access my customers. Please fix ASAP.
