This app is just the terrible. Never could get this thing to connect for a company that charges what they charge you expect some level of competence when creating an app but i guess that is to much to ask for these days
Will not recognize my robot. I’ve started, stopped, refreshed, deleted, tried again, etc etc. I get the same error - the power supply does not recognize your robot. But the robot works fine manually. The App is trash.
Junk ap. Doesn’t work most of time and never allows you to reset robot. Ave to hit same commands 100xs over to get chance for anything to respond in this ap!
The actual robot I give 5 STARS - the app 1 star as it does not connect to the robot. Paid more to have the robot that can be controlled with mobile phone…oh well…
Yes the performance is amazing. We purchased our unit in spring 2020. The mobile application is a plus. Easy and efficient. We purchase new filters each season. Five star reviews for best show in my pool!
App doesn’t recognize my power source
The app will not work or even connect to my unit.
I downloaded the MyDolphin+ app, it’s said not compatible, and that I needed the other app, MyDolphin. Well it won’t recognize my robot, I had a new pool built, it was finished about a month ago. The app has NEVER worked, a buddy of mine who is in the pool servicing business told me that the robot itself is pretty good, but you’ll have to control from the box because their app hasn’t worked for a single customer. This is 2024, you get a 5th grader to build a functioning app, but Maytronics, clearly does not invest any time or money into customer or technical service.
I love my dolphin but would love to be able to turn it on without having to go into the place is tore the power supply. The app recognizes my power supply but when I try to connect it says my robot isn’t supported. That’s probably not true. But if it is, why would package a Bluetooth capable power supply with an incompatible robot?
