Android app is a way better interface. iOS is a 3 step process. Android auto launches the app. Video is distorted and jumpy on the iOS . Android is standard video size and smooth imaging.

I cannot open any doors or gates at my apartment because the app crashes right after opening it. If you want to simulate a terrible phone application, this is it. Gets one star because I can’t give it zero.

My apartment complex recently began using the service. I downloaded the app and logged in only for it to immediately crash before loading the dashboard. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it only to have the same issue. I turned my phone off and back on and still had the same issue. Not very useful at all.

I’m able to open the door for people and that’s about it. I’m not able to create pins or any of the other features the app claims to have. It’s really a shame. The app is also not very intuitive to use. It’s very basic so you would think it would be easy for the developers to fix /maintain any issues…

App is crashing on iPad and iPhone as of 5/7/22. Can’t receive calls or make pins.

Constant error messages. This app is unreliable and inconvenient.
