die app hängt sich ständig auf, die Zertifizierung klappt nicht,... Im Moment kommt es mir vor, als wäre es eine App rein für Werbe und Promotionzwecke, die zudem völlig instabil ist. Sinn, Aufgabe und Vorteil der App ist mir nicht ersichtlich.

Ansich wäre es eine top APP, aber seit ca 6 Monate bleibt sie nur hängen- man kann nichts nachschauen oder Garage usw usw Berichte gehen auch nicht- nur Startseite sonst nichts

This app is sadly one of the worst I had ever seen. Mixed languages in buttons and text, most of the time it doesn’t load any content at all, confusing organization of information and so on In the end, I have no clue why I should use this, I don’t see any customer benefit at all

The app itself works fine and I have no problems with. It would be great to be able to save your Ducati Card in your wallet. Please consider! Thanks

Photos from the iPhone don’t work. I have to create a jpg first to update my bikes picture. The app doesn’t work well on the iPhone 12 Screen in top and bottom… The new service/maintenance/guarantee part is helpful.

Non riesco a ultimare la compilazione del profilo. Continua a darmi errore in fase di salvataggio sia nella parte informazioni personali che in interessi personali. Tale per cui la parte cerchiata di completa profilo resta grigia

Da quando ho fatto aggiornamento non funziona più. Apro, inserisco credenziali, inizia a caricare e poi si chiude tutto. iOS aggiornato all’ultima versione e iPhone 11 Pro Max Come devo fare ? Disinstallato e installato nuovamente Nulla da fare
