Not working properly

App not smoothly working need to be update immediately lot of time crashesd

A Third Class App

This app would be a prime example of things work in Public Sector . This is a third class app created by a company which has a strategic IS department ; talks about integrating AI in its operation and so on so forth. These guys can’t debug the app even after 3-4 years of -ve reviews. God Save such company

App not starting

The app doesn’t even start

App/ESS does not respond (open) most of the time

ESS Login page does not open most of the time.

Useless

App doesn’t work. It shows a white blank page and never proceeds.

Not GooD

Every time I need to open the APP it just won’t open. I have to delete the App and download it again to use it. Kindly take the review seriously and start working for making it more user friendly.

Frustrating app

Please delete this app , don’t frustrate IOC employees ,,,,,,worst app I have used ever,,,not working at all

Display issues

Please fix display zoom on iOS. It is like working on a 400% zoom and navigating between links is very difficult.

Technical issues

Please update app, fix bugs, change UI, so that the app at least starts. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Yet the app doesn’t even start. All it shows is blank screen.
