It doesn't work, I've communicated several times and no one can help

You can’t even log in if you forget your username, I sat for 10 minutes resending and resending the OTP code and I never got anything. Can’t do anything on the app smh

Unable to get OTP sent successfully to my email to log into my online account for a month now.

My app is still stuck on the loading screen even after signing in and doing everything in my power to fix the issue.

You cannot book an appointment in app. Defeats a lot of the purpose.

It has been one year since I can't get into my account because the number where I used to receive the code, I don't have access any more. I contacted customer service and sent many emails, but no one contacted me 😡😡😡😡

You still can’t book appointments through the app, or see most of your test results. You can see your upcoming appointments and that’s about the extent of this apps usefulness

The app has been down for the longest. Can’t properly know when my appointments are scheduled

Using this app was good until now. It won’t let me into the app when I put my number to get the code it doesn’t do anything I tried uninstalling the app and that still didn’t work!!
