This is most useless financial app I’ve ever used. Transactions are not there for days, and it only gives you the most basics of knowing your over all account balance. From all of the other reviews that have been there for years and nothing changed, I think they don’t care because it is mostly (if not only) used for salary packaging, which is an organisation level decision, and unfortunately our organisations went with them.
It would be so much easier and user friendly if this app had Face ID. It’s time consuming trying to log in, especially when you get logged out if you don’t use it for a while
Once again, getting a message saying “update is available” but when in App Store it just has “open” as the only option for the app with no obvious way to initiate update. Biometrics has also stopped working, even though it’s enabled in settings. These semi-regular glitches are pretty annoying. Having said that, it’s a bit better than it used to be.
Waste of everyone’s time unless you make it functional
The only way I can ever log in is to go to the App Store and … not exactly sure tbh … super weird. Once I am in my account it doesn’t make much sense either. I, like other reviewers, cannot see my transaction hx.
I’m been using Eziway for over a year now and every nine out of ten times I use it I’ll be unable to log in and then will be forced to login via web browser. My password is always correct, as is the verification code I enter and it will just forever ask me to verify and never move past this. After a year I would have thought I wouldn’t continue to have this issue with this app 😮💨
This app NEVER opens with face recognition it always gets stuck then it doesn’t accept the password and you have to reset you password again! It happens every time, it is very frustrating and should be fixed.
Unable to amend package using app
Putting in the code doesn’t open the app. I haven’t been able to use this app for months.
Can a day go by where you tell me there is an update, yet there isn’t and then I need to enter a password?
