Average to poor app The push notifications constantly stop working and it’s very slow You can’t log out so basically have to delete the app and start again What’s the alternative, there isn’t one, it’s a monopoly app….

Bugs, glitches, crashes and terrible UI - this app has it all!

You are lucky if you can even logon. I can’t even see the text I am typing in. Even then I cannot log in.

Useless Junk

What is the point on even having an app when it fails to open when you need to show your pass and when you manually add your ferry pass it fails to add the new pass. It constantly freezes & goes blank and shuts down. Piss poor app just like the service Fullers displays.

Looks pretty. The selections and buttons do not work

Looks like it has been updated 10 months ago. There have been two significant apple IOS upgrades in this time. The app has features which do not work. Cant top up the tickets, cant view the trip activity and some tickets only half visible. Fullers - if you are providing this app then find people who can make it work. So disappointing.

Crashes all the time. Pop ups randomly appear sending you back to the Home Screen. So you only have 5 seconds to do anything in the app. Because of this I cannot update my payment details online.

App wouldn’t allow an Apple generated secure password. Amateur stuff.
